While the animal world is rather small in Mallorca, The plant world is the larger and more diverse. On the island there are estimated to 1.500 different types of plants, what about a little over 1.000 different types of orchids are.

- Other Zitrusbäume
Almost throughout the year, Mallorca offers a colorful picture, by the flowers of the plant, the bloom in different seasons. In summer the flowers are the purple bougainvillea, of Gladiolus, the hibiscus, with red poppies and oleanders a wonderful feast for the eyes.
